All I know is that nothing seems random when it comes to the NPC spawns. You go a week or so with large targets and no zues and then you go a few weeks with crap like above. It cycles like that and has been for a year or so.

Can BFG confirm that is what it is supposed to do?

I haven't hit an NPC for a few days now because the ones I see make me lose more zues than I am willing to replace. Yeah I know go after live targets...I do and killed me 2 hephs today which is very rare and lucky in this version of Farmville In Space.

The one's spawning from #2 as posted by Russell can have anything from a couple of thousand to nearly 900 million zeus.

With a lower zeus count they are a good hit with near equal amounts of o and c......

All I have noticed is there is some kind of spawn engine that appears on occasion to have stopped working and there are then little to know targets....

So today for example there are only a couple of targets from g1 to g9 this makes things dull for all players.  But it won't get restarted till Monday.

I dont think it is a malfunction, Boris. I have noticed the same thing in SFCO, and finally figured it out. When the NPC spawn starts for the day, if it doesnt choose any players within your attack zone to base their size on, there will be few targets available to you that would be worth hitting. When that occurs for me, I simply expand my search zone for the day and take my chances attacking targets that I would normally not go for, with slow hits to conserve hydro.

Certainly, that SHOULD be adequate to find enough targets to keep you busy. As far as that target is concerned, I occasionally find (in SFCO) ridiculous targets like that (in equivalent  size, not actual) so I just pass the on to one of the top dudes who have massive fleets. What I mean by equivalent is this, which  I cannot touch, but generally, when I find one of them, there is usually a couple mid-range targets nearby, that I can take out by splitting my fleet. But I dont know; maybe they are sometimes fubarred, but I guess ya just gotta adjust. In this case, it is the light defenses that prevent me from taking a profitable crack at it.
