Fair comment, in my defence when I started the thread I didn't know it was you doing it, and thought that it was multiple alliances doing the same thing.

I believe that others have raised this with you directly and it changed nothing.

In the attack from AC ‎‎[1:157:12] on Abandoned Colossus Platform ‎‎[1:160:5]:

The attacking side acquired 234,565,930 ore, 903,369,756 crystal, and 663,851,951 hydrogen.

Commander M. Carter (ATTACKER) lost 6,320,000 RSP and gained 986,342,727 DSP. (more)
Seekers (DEFENDER) lost 3,589,563,443 RSP and gained 0 DSP. (more)

339,229,773,600 ore and 221,669,973,900 crystal are now floating at this location.
There was a 0.0% chance that a moon would form from the debris.
However, no moon formed.

as you can see I am not always in D-Mode as some people have said I am I actually go out and get my rez so if there is a problem and you or others think I am cheating or abusing the game please go ahead and report me

Fair comment, in my defence when I started the thread I didn't know it was you doing it, and thought that it was multiple alliances doing the same thing.

I believe that others have raised this with you directly and it changed nothing.

Bull! You implied and then directly named me. So, let me set you straight on a few things here:

I have no idea what other alliances are doing, but I'm sure in some way they are "pulling" lower ranked players - including your own alliance. I have no need to defend myself as to what I do with my account, how I play how I share with/support other players because really it's none of your business. But since you've decided to be a troll and accuse me of something in such a public manner here are some of the way's I have supported / handed out res.

Rebuilt a Maquis Fleet after the player was downed by a stroke and lost everything before we were able to get BFG to secure the account

Rebuilt a fleet for someone in another alliance after they were downed by a heart attack and the account couldn't be secured by the alliance in time.

Rebuilt several fleets of Alliance mates and non-alliance friends who for personal and/or inattentiveness went inactive and lost everything

Helped several new players get a good jump start in the hopes that they might actually stick around and provide some new blood to the universe.

Helped a non-alliance player who took over a high ranked but poorly built account to get it rebuilt so it was playable in the current NPC dominated world.

Provided res to alliance mates to finish and or upgrade Hydro Storage. Since the needed hydro is hard to come by and the cost of multiple conversions was threatening to drive them from the game.

And lets not forget some of you non-alliance mates. The df's I collected for some of you and then returned to you many times the value of what I collected. The DF's I left un-collected near you. The random gifts.

On to your other point. Yeah a year ago I gave probe rides as a Christmas gift to my alliance. What I was hitting was much smaller a year ago. When everyone else whined and complained. I stopped doing it. (It was a one time thing anyways) My point is I stopped and moved onto a more philanthropic way of helping out and as stated above, not just my own people.

In the end if I was doing what you have accused me of.. pulling all my alliance mates up TRUST ME you would know it. With my average npc hit as of today generating 32 Trillion DSP and and 18-20 Quadrillion Res... Do you not think I'd already have the top 10 filled with nothing but Maquis?

So fine then. I'd say this topic is appropriately named because I am Fed up with this. Fed up with being blamed for everything that is wrong with this universe. When a buddy is attacked and I come to their defense everyone screams not fair you're so much bigger. When the npc's not generated off of me are "too hard to hit" Somehow that gets blamed on me for growing too fast. When someones ego can't handle being knocked out of the top 10 because they've been out played by someone... yup same story. So I'm done, done trying to make everyone happy, done playing by your rules, done trying to play nice.

Gentlemen of the Maquis, come on down the "Ride the Coattail Bistro and Buffet" is now open for business. It's easy street from here on in boys.

It dont have to be illegal to be inmoral,i all for helping fellow alliencemembers, but do it in a systematic way,to bend the rules that way,is in my opinion rather inmoral .
Think its like cheating in solitude..no point or fun..but what the he.. Its your deck!

Its your account karl, you have helped tons of people out, in and out of your alliance in the past including myself. There is a lot of players jumping ahead in the game with probe riding, npc hitting and at first it was fustrating to see, its my own fault i dont hit npcs. Im ranked 80ish at the moment and have been in dip for about 8 months now and have dropped a LOT. I cant wait to get back in the game and have a ton of new targets.

It is fustrating trying to hit targets in the top 5, my whole fleet cant get through a cargo fleet lol

The game is on its way out i understand what grumble is saying but think of it this way, the players jumping up in the ranks dont have the skill and determination  that the players who deserve to be there have. Blow em up :)

I've been following this saga for a few weeks. Seems to me that it's about as close as you can get to the big no-no of multi accounting as you can get without it being explicitly multi accounting.

It might well be legal, however it is being done, but it's finishing Uni2 as a viable game.

uni 2 finished as a viable game the second NPC's turned up and started rewarding people for nothing

Yep....it really has become Farmville with lasers.

What little fun was left in it has been removed by KKK and his clan.

As I have been reading this thread I have been reminded of a a series of thoughts I have been having about the point of it all. It seems that there is a clear winner in this uni but now what? Should the game continue or should a winner be declared and the uni ended?

There is a solution.

Consider that every 6 months BFG starts a new game. A bunch of people sign up and there is a competition to get into the top 100. Then after about 4 to 6 months a shake out occurs and a clear winner begins to emerge. And then the game just goes on and on and on and never ends. It is effectively a race with no finishing line so to speak. (Unfortunately BFG has no incentive to end any uni that generates enough income to pay for itself. That is a principle of basic management. Stay in business as long as your fixed costs are covered.)

The clear solution is for BFG to set a time limit to each uni. At the end of that time a winner is declared and then the uni is reset. Not ended but just reset. So everybody starts at zero again. An ongoing tournament if you will. With multiple winners over the years and a hall of fame for each period of play.

Now there is no point to it all. This would give meaning to every uni.
