Do you have something constructive to say or no?

Just being negative to be negative?

Quality customer service hard at work yet again

I'm happy to provide customer service to our users. However, when you make a post that doesn't detail any problems you're having and only makes negative statements for the pure point of being negative, how do you expect to receive help?

Specifically, the post doesn't detail any specific problem the user is having and make some ridiculous statement that we "added the code to finally kill the universe off."

Getting and giving quality customer service is a two way street. Don't start asinine threads like this and I won't respond with asinine replies.

Maybe if you had better customer service skills for people who play your game you would get such responses......but that's asking too much.

Since the downtime, I've noticed a sharp decrease in NPC spawning. With many players jumping to the Hired Guns Uni and going v-mode in X-2 this version is going to decline more precipitously than it has been. Hunting NPCs isn't as challenging as hunting live players admittedly, but in a uni devoid of active players what else is there?

I have also noticed the lack of NPCs spawning since yesterday's update.  Did the update somehow interfere with the NPC spawning, or could this be a different problem at work?

I saw that someone else had posted that the leaderboard hadn't changed since at least 12 hours ago, but I saw that it finally did about a half hour ago, so that issue has been cleared up.

We may have forgotten to restart the hourly crons. I'll have the team check.

The crons have been restarted and we're generating NPCs now.

Matt the reasoning behind everyone's negativity is the fact you guys brush everyone off. I have been trying to be as nice and understanding as i possible can be , as i am a waiter, but this is getting a little ridiculous with the way you have been answering us with little smart remarks, and always the same answers how you guys look into it but never follow up on a progress report. So that to us makes it feel like you have brushed it under the carpet.

You guys are so full of crap, they listen to everything we say and tell them to do. BFG knows the customer is always right.

How the hell do you forget to run the cron? lol I would have been fired at my job for that.

I can understand why it feels like they brush everything under the carpet without progress reports.  Lets break this down how many uni's are there if they gave progress reports to each user it would create so so much work what might be a good idea if a message was sent inside the game letting people know of the progress in the news feed as this would take only a few minutes and would keep everyone happy as we know it's being worked on even if it takes a day/week if we know we are happy,

Human behavior flows from three main sources: desire, emotion, and knowledge.

Once again thank you for a fantastic game
