:)

I expect Bruce to complete his HS76 before me and take the #2 spot back. He's a good player and it's been damned hard work to catch him even if it's temporary.

The fact that the current #3 guy is totally mad and running fleets pretty much 24/7 may be a factor..........

;)

The magic number if SFC is 9223372036854775807. That's the max number you can have of something at each location. Go over, it vanishes. So, in theory you can have 9*9223372036854775807 missile banks but in practice you can build 9223372036854775807 at a time and your RSP and defense count keeps going up. You can do the same with ships apparently, hence some recent monster fleet numbers, but I'd rather put the res into the next hydro store.

In the case of the phantom missile banks each one is worth 3 points, 1 for weapons and 2 for RSP. An Art is worth 5 points, 4 from RSP and 1 from fleet count. Upping fleet and defence numbers by blowing through the max numbers does give more bang for the buck in terms of points on the leaderboard but investment in more Zeus instead whilst less productive on the fleet numbers is far more productive when it comes to generating DSP and res for building with. The Zeus route will beat the phantom route in the long term.

In terms of fleet numbers, Bruce and a number of others are ahead of me.

In terms of DSP increases I'm putting on around double the amount Bruce is daily. I know he has a large combat fleet and had max numbers of most on his Hep - I don't. I believe I have approximately double the Zeus numbers Bruce has which is why I am catching him.

Shear fleet numbers are one thing, productive fleet numbers are another. If you are to build fleet, build useful fleet that helps you generate res instead of just wasting it. What ATW said about building your HS is very important too.

My two pennies ;)

The current scripts work fine with the updated GreaseMonkey. You have to install them from a web page by clicking on the link now, you don't drop them onto FireFox anymore

In the pilot for this tourney between HOD and Pilgrims, there was non-combatant status and anyone attacked in that list caused the attacker's alliance to forfeit.

Is this happening again?

I'm running ship yard 21, foundry 19 and hydro 29 on all planets. Res is processed locally to save on hydro shipping costs and time

the easiest way to know if an NPC has spawned from you is the fact you receive a message

You can spawn targets up to 100 systems either side of your system. ATW and I are both in he same Galaxy, spawns from him tend to rank on the script in the teens for me so I have seen the spread and know the 100 system range to be true. I tend to find that right size targets of your own are around the 255 area when you can find them (which is not today) and that it should be possible to take on two at a time

Jason has worked his magic and transferred my share over as requested by Lazoputz, a thank-you also goes to Mr P for scooper support.

Some of us are obsessed with the leader board so tend to keep an eye on who is and is not in "p" mode, I spotted a few weeks back that James had gone inactive but the "P" was preventing stuff happening so I left it alone. Yesterday, I spotted the "P" had vanished from the leader board and went looking for his home planet and Hep. When I found it I spotted Lazoputz already there so was gonna leave it alone but then ISS Hawk messaged me asking if I could move a planet (not stating to where) to which I replied yes and where was James's fleet! ISS Hawk said Lazoputz would GA with me, but as I didn't know ISS Hawk from Adam I messaged Lazoputz directly.

Some may remember I took down Lazoputz's Hep a while back, he took it like a gentleman and we chatted afterwards and buddied up. We hadn't talked much recently but when he got my message about James he asked if I could drop in and lend a hand. So, there was a lot of trust being put on the line by both of us as we had not worked together before - would either of us pull a Darth P and let the other suicide his fleet - but we took each other at their word and below is the result.
