It is time for me to recapture some family time. The game is becoming frustrating with so few targets and nothing new and intriguing. I have no desire to keep grinding along with the same content over and over again.

I am transfering leadership of V'Shar and will be leaving all universes in the next few days. I have truly enjoyed talking with you all and I may check in from time to time. Thank you for all your patience and for the fun I have had here.

I know the feature requests are seen by many as pointless, and some people enjoy beating up the requester, so be it. I have not thought thoruoghly about balance here, just spit-balling

When I attack and steal your resources, who is loading my ship? The pilot?  I was thinking that if you were to really attack another planet, you would need some people (or robots) on the ground. So what about a new ship that carries robots or humans to deal with anything on the ground, including loading cargo. Maybe a new ground defense to deal with it.
Implementation would require some changes to the raiding mechanics. Perhaps without these ground transports you would only get 25% of all resources on the planet, because your cargo pilots can only load so much. As you build more ground assault transports and ground raid personnel, the percentage could grow as high as 75%. Maybe a new exciting aspect to attacks and raids...

Just spitballing, but the Fleet rank is useless (or so it seems). What if there were a new stat for Fleet firepower. Add up the firepower of all your ships. I do not think it would necessarily give away your fleet complement, but give a better metric when gauging enemy strength. Ship count is basically useless.

I am wracking my brain to think of all the reasons this may suck before some of you jump down my throat for my dumb idea :)

I can imagine some people feeling like this gives too much intel on your fleet. May be so.

Ok...Look in the shipyard screen. Locate the ship you are building. In my case Hades = 13:29
 So 500 x 13:29 or about 110 hours. If you are building more than one kind of ship then you may have to do a couple of calculations.

Not being smarmy, just seems simple to me.

1. It would be nice to be able to nest the message boards. Have sub-forums. Right now, you have so many forums, and many could be put into categories to make it easier to have a clean and readable alliance message board

2. More permissions options. Since they added the 8 additional ranks in the alliances, why not make it possible to use those ranks in forum permission in the alliance message boards.

It would be nice to have the ability to defend multiple planets with one missile silo. The range of the planetary defenses would be based on a tech, similar to how the range of IPBMs is calculated, but not nearly as long range.

When I have a few farms in the same system or in nearby systems it would be nice not to worry about building Silos on each one. I can see no reason why one planet would not be able to defend another.

This is, of course, dependant on your ABMs being able to reach the planet under attack before the IPBMs could land.

You would research Advanced Missile Defense Network and then perhaps have a special sattelite to send up on planets being defended. This would give a vulnerability to the system.
