Found it interesting that I saw how many members there were in dip in my alliance by a %.

This gives you a good idea on what is happening.

There is a couple new add-ons to the war declaration system. One of them is that there is now a pulldown box where you can set (or choose not to) a percentage of members in diplo mode that equals an automatic loss of the war. (Choices are 25, 50, 75 and disabled). You can also choose to have inactives count, or not.

That's pretty cool then. I don't declare war anyways, so I was not aware of that feature.
