Don't Panic Z
« on: September 06, 2011, 11:26:45 PM »
I know a lot of you will know him from the many versions of this game he has played. Some of you would have lost fleets, some were buddies. Well its with great sadness I'm letting you know that Peter Teresinski (DPZ) passed away 2 days ago after a long battle with cancer. He will be truly missed.

RIP my friend, the game will not be the same without you.

this is truly sad, Z was one on the most unique players in the game. Had a way about him that was unlike anyone else.

He was a great fella and will be missed for sure.

sad to see ya go buddy.

No matter what lies in the afterlife, im sure Z is killin someones starfleets somewhere.

He was truly an icon in the game.  The best.
This is sad, very true.  But he will be remembered well and he leaves while in the number one spot in Uni2, right where he should be.

God bless those who were close to him, and his family, and Sue, as well.

I once asked Dont Panic if he wanted a job as an officer in ODB and he said no he didn't think he'd make a good officer that he was better at pointing hordes of hades at inactives and unfortunate targets of opportunity.     So I then asked if he wanted to be our figurehead leader and just let the rest of us do the heavy lifting.     He said no they made him do that in Star and he was happy to give it up when he left and that he'd rather just be a member.      I said no pressure that we just think he is doing awesome and thought he might like to have more input in guiding the alliance because he was already someone who everyone looked up and not just because he was #1.    His reply was that's cuz I'm really tall.

Dont Panic was one of the biggest players in our game no matter where he played.     He will be deeply missed by all and always remembered.

Rest in Peace and God Bless

So sorry to hear this news.  He was a great player and condolences to his friends and family.  May he rest in peace and now travel through the stars in the great spaceship of afterlife.  Blessings on the new journey and lets hope someone leaves some ships out for him to destroy on the way. :D
