Does the attack limitation apply to inactives?   I found a nice inactive with 600k ore, I think I attacked it 7 or 8 times in the past 24 hours, so I'm guessing it does not apply.

Love the feature but man that green is hard to see.  I know someone else said so but it is on my screen as well.

Nice, just a thing though, you might want to change the Rules on bashing then since it's hard coded.
Another question about the rule: how is the rule removed when a war is declared, if at all?

Well since you can officially declare war now, I'd imagine once that's done the rule is disabled.

Ummm....ok? It's rare to see someone who DOESN'T want stickies...

However, I don't see how you not noticing the new feature means it isn't good. In fact, if you sticky those important convos, they never go away and are now up front! The feature you are complaining about is the answer to the problem you mention!

Antonio, I think his problem is the same one I had - the older, non-stickied but still important topics were lost when they converted. I had three that were quite lengthy and irreplaceable myself that were lost. The stickies are a great idea, but I just didn't get to the page to sticky the existing ones in time.

when i checked my sector today I have some homeworld with a Black/dark gray background - What does that mean?
also have one player that has nothing next to his name (no n/N or i/I or V/S) what's up??
I can't find these in the legend or wiki did I miss Something
