But the message is popping up a lot still. I'm f/rsing for the night and hoping its better in the morning

Update: It pops up almost every time and refresh/backing up isn t near as effective as it was

It's still happening. I'm on my phone, on a 3g connection trying to fleet save with this error. I'm so pissed off right now everyone should have just been put on p until the problem is resolved.

Yeah. When I push the button to send out my fleet it freezes or goes to the error page

I just can't frs everything the fleet page is screwed up horribly it's way worse now than half an hour ago. It took me six minutes to access the store page to buy a 24 hour p marker, and for whatever reason it bought 2 of them. I better be refunded for these.

I'm curious as to the cause. I sent a support ticket in about the freezes as well and requesting them to save my fleet if they could. Then magically, it got through on the 13th try.

Pretty sure whatever the problem is that it hasn't been fixed. Still having issue every time I click anything so evidently the bad server hasn't been removed or a couple more bad ones were added in.

Problems are still persistent and frequent in Conquest, SDE Nova, SFC Nova and Extreme 1 at 05:18:00 UTC

I'm sorry for any problems you experienced. At approximately 4:47UTC we began receiving pages from our monitoring service that all Starfleet Commander and Stardrift Empires universes were again unstable and we began immediately investigating the problem. After investigation it was determined that one of our server pools was suffering from network related issues that could not be resolved by us and we notified our server host. Additionally, at that time we moved all of the games to a reserve server pool which appears that have stabilized the games.

Please know that uptime is our biggest priority and we do not take failures like this lightly. We will be working throughout today with our server host and our team to ensure that problems like this do not present themselves again in the future. If you suffered any problems with your account as result of these issues, please do not hesitate to submit a ticket and we will do what we can to assist you.
