Speeds were improperly being calculated in some instances and I believe this was corrected.

on two of my attacks today i lost about 6k RSP each.
yesterday, i hit NPCs FAR bigger then these, used LESS athena, and had zero losses.

To be more specific, lost 100 out of 12k athena against a 200k RSP target. (and another similar)
Yesterday, i hit multiple 400-500 RSP targets, with only 8-10k athena and only lost maybe 1 or 2 of them.

Good to know.  I expect it means they've fixed the bug that was causing tech levels not to be applied to NPCs... all NPCs in Hired Guns had been 0-tech (regardless of what the Esp reported) until now.

So they should be ready to start T6 soon, then.

what it seems like to me, is that they've gone in and deliberately made the game harder..

1 - all ship types that i use are now taking many more losses then they were before,

2 - battlementat isnt producing correct results unless i oversend by several thousand ships

3 - i'll show you some examples of npc spawns after the restart .. its disgusting and pointless

and this isnt just npc farming i was talking about, i used battlementat to calculate a pvp hit, after the restart, and the difference was quite significant.. i went from calculating a loss of 5 pos to actually losing 25 athenas and 31 pos..

I don't agree with it, but would assume that they've done that with the atlas as a so called 'fix' to shift people towards building vortex. And would assume the same applies the board as to address the fact that alien ships were pointless to build beforehand... Perhaps.

then don't build a universe where the ships you hope people will use are going to take forever to build..

even with the changes i'll still use human ships.. because i can produce 960 athena in one hour, if i lose a couple extra it really wont matter to me.. but all those people trying to use alien ships are now being shafted in the highest order, because the build times for them arent flexible

You are getting the Alien techs filled into Battle Mentat, right?  The Alien Techs are appearing for me and the filling-in works for me when I paste it in, but I notice you don't have them on those reports, which could cause incorrect results.  In any case, not sure how much BattleMentat has been tested for the alien techs, since up until now, taking them into account correctly would have given incorrect results for NPCs.

Unicode needs a "violin" character.  BFG has always made strategy-changing improvements to their latest universe.  It's pretty much beta until the next universe comes out.

Oh, here we go.  It says this is a violin:  🎻  (It just looks like a box to me and I'm sure to you, but supposedly.)

yeah i just didnt copy paste the entire reports into here.. mentat was working perfectly up until the restart for me.. now i cant trust the results.. which ultimately means values have changed in game.

i was thinking 0 should be the character, to represent the amount of f***s given
