has anyone else noticed a significant reduction in the number of npc spawns in their areas?

2 npcs in my range over 240 systems checked!  This number would normally be 20 - 30 targets.

I have to agree with both of you.

This is ridiculous. Nothing is spawning, I've checked my usual NPC hunting area several times over the past 6 hours. Nothing new at all, when usually there will new NPCs of some type, be it big, medium, or small; spawning.

There are no developers. Just whoever is tweaking the server. The servers are starting to have little glitches here and there. I'm not going to waste my time with a trouble ticket. They'll just tell me the problem is on my end.
