Earning credits...what's the best way?
« on: January 15, 2010, 05:06:03 AM »
I only want to earn 10,000 credits...enough to change my game name so it reflects my forum name. I went and tried to fill out a couple of surveys. After completing them, it said I had to take advantage of "2 of these offers" in order to get my credits. Thus far (after 4 survey attempts) I've learned that all these offers require a credit card and for me to pay for something.

Anybody know the titles of a couple of surveys that don't require you to buy something from a third party scam artist?

I was the 426,882 player to get an Athena, the 416,390 player to get a hades and the 222,716 person to get a Prometheus! Bow before my awesomeness!

I was hoping the same but not to change name. The only way to get credits is to buy them via credit card/paypal or to do BS survey and downloads. Downloads I do not trust and the surveys are BS as after 1 or 2 questions they say your not eligable. You have to BUY (CASH MONEY) credits. Thats the downfall of this game. No credits earned bro....sorry :?

I personally haven't bothered but I know a lot of my alliance m8s have done the survey thing with good results.  The have about a 10% success ratio on whether or not the are eligible.

I've tried 8 now (as the little pop up box in-game says...it keeps count of attemped and completed) and I haven't run into an eligibility problem yet. What I keep running into are surveys where the requirement is "to create a free account with legit info" or to "fill out this survey". These things I get done. However, I must then pile through 90 pages of offers (many of which repeat over and over again) and I can't get a free iPhone 3GS unless I complete 2 offers.

Yeah, I make the account and am awarded no credits then they try to lure me into getting a free iPhone. Too bad I despise AT&T, and iPhones, and scammers, and completing dubious online offers. Otherwise they'd totally have me hooked.

add the game of the day for 9 days and you have it. else you do the offers that say no purchase and points awarded after supplying correct contact info.

How, and where, does one do that?
