If I launch one 10 systems is it going to take 10 minutes to hit or 10 minutes and 30 seconds?  It's unclear to me on the wiki.

I thoguht it was 30 sec for the next ss and then 60 sec for each ss after that... So you should be correct.

Well it's been confirmed, if you launch in your solar system it's 30 seconds.  If you launch outside your solar system it's 1 minute per solar plus 30 seconds to get out of the launch solar.  So a target 10 solars away will indeed take 10 minutes and 30 seconds to hit with an IPBM.
