"Attacking Someone In Your Formation"
« on: February 26, 2010, 08:10:29 PM »
This morning after the maintenance I started an attack and a buddy joined in.  He decided to recall and break formation.  When he did his fleet immediately was outlined in red with the attack icon over to the left of the screen by his fleet.  His time was still tied to my return time and it looked as though his fleet would attack mine upon return.  I recalled my fleet and it broke the tie.

Has anyone else seen or heard about this or is this something new??? Can't find anything on it so any help would be appreciated...

Sounds like he started an attack at the same time he dropped out.

Funny he thought he would get away with it.

As soon as you hit recalled, you should  have seen him still attacking though

I had this too it is a glitch. if you look at the red alert thing in the fleet page it shows the ships in green for group attack formation, then in red for return time and shows them going back to their own planet there. it probably should not be even showing you the return time but it may have something to to with the oracle just being added...

poeticmotion: You know what will happen if I oracle-lock you?

Absolutely nothing. I\'ll cuss a few times, mutter "holy crap, I\'m not even going to battlecalc that" and have nightmares about 10000 capitol ships descending upon my homeworld.

Joined a new alliance...  Had my fleet go on on an almost 3 transport mission to a galaxy far far away and now this...  Don't think it's a coincidence since the alliance I left is now being demolished.

Set up big time...  Just wish I new how they did the first one...  I want my fleet back...
